take your size, it doesn't run small.. I took my M XL and it turned out to be a serious oversize, it's too big for me, but overall it's a good quality T-shirt.
It's 165 and 60 seconds, but it seems to fit perfectly. If you want to wear it widely, you need to make it a larger size and the material is cool.
I purchased a khaki short-sleeved T-shirt in size L with the phrase 'piece was never an option.' I usually wear size 100 and it's the perfect fit size. If I want to wear it generously, I think it would be okay to go to XL.
